Brand Manager - D2C Startup (4-9 yrs)
- Develop and execute brand marketing strategies and initiatives that align with company objectives and goals
- Define and ensure adherence to brand vision and long-term goals for sustaining the brand
- Define pricing, promotional and new launch strategies for the brand
- Manage the brand P&L
- Analyse market insights and data points to strategize for brand growth
- Manage brand budgets across campaigns
- Allocate resources effectively to maximise ROI
- Monitor brand performance and track KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with teams to develop marketing materials, including advertising, packaging, and promotional campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to improve brand positioning and messaging.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
