Neeman's is an eco-friendly footwear startup, founded in 2018. The Hyderabad based startup is disrupting the $11 billion Indian footwear segment by introducing revolutionizing footwear products that are made up of renewable, sustainable and natural material.

Their focus on both product and customer has yielded an explosive growth of 600 per cent last year despite restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Neeman's introduced India's first natural fibre shoe, that reduces carbon footprint, is sock-free, odour-resistant and temperature regulating.

Job Description:

- To help brand reach their promised land.

- Identify brand's differentiation, positioning in the market, build a coherent consumer language across all touch-points.

- Conceptualize & execute plans across all marketing channels (Digital, Outdoor, Social, BTL etc).

- Build newer channels of communication for the brand.

- Define the scope of work, review & evaluate brand enablers for Neeman's like on-boarding Brand Track Agency, Creative Agency, Social Listening Tools, etc.

- Help brand build channels previously unexplored

- Understand business trajectory, capture data, analyze campaigns and documents. Create detailed specifications for all e-commerce platforms and analyze site traffic management.

- Develop and prioritize key innovation - Brand Development Index, Environment Product Declarations, and New Product Development Initiatives for the e-commerce segment.

- Handle the budgeting, P&L and social media ad buys.

- Work with Research agencies to gain Consumer insights to formulate Propositions

- Complete ownership of campaigns which are rolled out on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis.

Expected Skill Sets:

- 2-5 years of experience in Brand Management in a high-growth D2C environment.

- An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customers wishes

- Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.

- An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns
