Job Description:
- Reporting to - Category Director
- Develop strategies and innovation master plans for the client's portfolio/category in line with the business objectives
- Drive brand management, media planning, and market research planning, execution and review processes
- Drive the new product pipeline, plan and execute launches & GTM strategy for new products
- Responsible for Sales and Market Share growth
- Build marketing capabilities among the marketing team
- Drive the - Brand equity and Brand Communication- for the category/brand portfolio
Candidate Profile:
- MBA from a Tier 1 institute
- Work experience 3-6 years
