Brand Manager - Chocolate Business - FMCG Firm (3-5 yrs)
Urgently looking Brand Manager for Chocolate business with an leading FMCG firm.
Responsibility -
Analysis
- Insights: Understand the Insights and feed into the brand growth plans
- Monitor Share and competitive strategies.
- In depth knowledge of Feasibility of Customer needs with respect to the assigned Brand.
2. Planning
- Company / Market OGSM.
- Develop Concepts that will drive consumption occasions and develop Concepts for Central Activation and Local Shopper Events.
- Present their thinking and analysis on Mental and Physical Availability initiatives to drive penetration and increase consumption to support their LM in prioritizing.
- Lead engagement with media agencies to develop and execute efficient media plans fitting into the media budgets allocated to the brand as well as collaborate with customer marketing to plan and execute local POSM in line with strategic priorities and within budgets and second placements in collaboration with Sales and Sales development
1. Education & Professional Qualification
- Business Degree in Marketing or similar necessary
- MBA or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years- experience., Foundation experience in Sales/ Key Accounts is preferred
2. Knowledge/Experience
- Sales experience - Robust sales experience (preferably in FMCG) to help build understanding of sales operations
- Brand Experience - Great if they- ve demonstrated success managing brands in FMCG companies
