Brand Manager - Bank - IIM/ISB/XLRI/FMS/MDI (3-7 yrs)
Description :
The role is responsible for all marketing activity directed to the affluent banking customer segment across. The role holder works to enhance the brand, advocate for the consumer and drive business results through highly effective integrated marketing campaigns, communications and engagement built on customer insight.
Campaign Management :
- Lead all segment marketing initiatives to establish and strengthen Banks position in the affluent banking space.
- Adapt and implement marketing programs from Region within approved timeframes and budget, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Work closely with the PS team to assist in the execution of the PS strategy in the market place that is focused on the affluent and drives top of mind awareness and preference for our mother brand
- Continuously monitor competitor landscape and develop recommendations to maintain Bank's leading position through insightful research
Customer Insights :
- Leverage research insights from the Brand Track and NPS TD surveys and design campaigns and marketing initiatives to help deliver business results and country brand health & preference targets
Creative Supplier Ecosystem :
- Advertising & media agency relationship management and marketing supplier management ensuring high performance and spend efficiency
