Position: Manager - Brand Marketing Location: Delhi-NCR/Gurgaon/Bangalore Our client is an established and large India multinational organisation providing online higher education /eLearning in New Age technology areas such as AIML, Data Science, Cloud computing, Cyber Security, Full stack and many more It is a leader in EdTech-higher education and has a large student base globally and is also a huge customer base in enterprise space They are looking for young hands on leaders who have an entrepreneurial bug,&nbsp;work best under no adult supervision,&nbsp;get all the weird ideas and a sudden urge to implement them,&nbsp;believe education is beyond books and can be damn exciting,&nbsp;feel all work and no play makes you dull. Roles and Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Ideating on brand campaigns and getting content / creatives designed for various media - Planning and creating the ads, sales collateral for promoting new products and services - Identifying relevant sponsorship opportunities to drive thought leadership and lead generation efforts - Curating and scaling up original branding properties (IPs) to aid positive brand recall - Tracking brand health metrics like brand searches, web traffic, app installs etc. closely, and benchmarking them vs our peers in edtech - Driving primary research with customers / potential customers at regular intervals to understand their triggers & barriers as well&nbsp;as the impact of our marketing efforts&nbsp; Ideal candidate profile -&nbsp; - 4-6 years experience in brand marketing roles at well-known B2C start-ups in India - Ability to ideate, think creatively and come up with innovative marketing solutions - MBA/PGDM from a tier-1 business school preferred, but not mandatory - Comfortable working at a strategic level, and with diving deep into implementation as needed - Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
