We are looking for a Brand Manager for one of our Luxury Brand Client in Jaipur.

Experience: 10+ Years of Experience in Brand Management with Luxury Brands or Companies.

Salary: Best in the Industry

Qualification: Postgraduate in Luxury Management/Marketing or MBA in Marketing & Communication from a reputed Institute

About the position:

- We are looking for a candidate who has an insightful understanding of the brand and can professionally handle HNI/UHNI Clients. The candidate should have the ability to think big, deliver innovative strategic solutions, and successfully translate a brand's strategy or story into marketing collateral and campaigns.

- The candidate needs to successfully collaborate with creative teams, and a designer team and should direct, oversee, and sign off on creative elements to ensure that creative material adheres to set guidelines and is in line with the current Brand Identity.

Major responsibilities:

1. Generating and converting inquiries into sales through in-depth knowledge about Brand Heritage, journey, products, and services. - Preferred candidate with a basic understanding of drawings & layouts.

2. Proactive sales, cross-selling & servicing through telephone, email, and on-appointment & virtual meetings.

3. Creating seamless client journey from initial contact through post-sale support and beyond. Identify opportunities for improvement and enhance the overall client experience. Ensure that all interactions and communications align with the brand guidelines.

4. Develop comprehensive branding activities that align with the company's overall goals and objectives, which includes defining the brand's positioning, and brand building.

5. Planning & Overseeing the brand's visual identity, including logo, typography, color palette, and brand guidelines. Ensure consistency across all touchpoints, including website, social media, packaging, advertising, and digital platforms. Define and refine the brand's unique value proposition and positioning in the market. Coordinate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand representation and client collaterals.

6. Plan and execute exclusive events that showcase the brand and enhance its prestige.

7. Create and curate engaging content that resonates with the luxury audience.

8. Monitor digital performance metrics and optimize strategies to increase brand engagement and reach.

9. Identifying and pursuing opportunities for acquiring new clients and business accounts through Interior Designers, architect & clients, and site visits for bespoke acquisition.

10. Represent the Brand in International Art & Design events and private previews.

11. Stay informed about market trends, client behavior, and competitor activity in the luxury sector. Use data and insights to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth and brand expansion in International Markets.

Job Skills & Requirements:

1. Previous experience in brand management, preferably within the luxury product retail, design, art, and craft industries.

2. Experience in B2C dealing with UHNI, international clients & Interior Designers.

3. Understanding of Brand principles and ethos, including brand positioning, values differentiation, & competitive analysis

4. Strong analytical skills to understand Client lifestyle & requirements and should be able to convenience clients to close deals

5. Proven ability to develop and execute successful brand strategies.

6. Creative thinker with a passion for luxury brands and lifestyle.
