1. Monitor market trends and oversee advertising and marketing activities to ensure that right message is delivered for company's products and services. 2. Work closely with cross functional teams, including product development, research, marketing personnel and creative agencies to ensure adherence to company's brand ethos and imagery. 3. Ensure on ground actualisation of company's Brand Standards. 4. Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customer expectations and builds the credibility of company's brand. Brand Strategy Formulation Assist in formulation of brand strategy through: - Market and competition research - Product &amp; process benchmarking - Assessing business opportunities - Mapping competitive environment - Developing promotional business opportunities Brand Management - Develop long term &amp; short term based strategies to exceed Company's objectives and work with cross functional teams to execute brand action agenda. - Identify opportunities in existing markets to derive growth. - Co - launch brand in new markets for long term growth. - Establish &amp; maintain effective functional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.o - Lead and execute day to day activities and follow up on all brand initiatives (i.e. food &amp; beverage, profitability improvement, general innovation ideas, etc.). - Prepare financial and operational analysis to assess current performance and find opportunities to achieve brand goals. - Assist in investment decisions based on consumer needs, spending habits and other relevant market insights. - Monitor pricing decisions of products and services to analyse potential profitability. - Supervising the sign-off of marketing literature and campaigns, liaising with legal and compliance personnel, ensuring the designs and messages meet the company brand and regulatory guidelines.
