- We have an opportunity for you to consider working with Premier Automobile Company based out of Pune. The Company has 3 manufacturing set up in India. They employ 10000 people and has business turnover of Rs 30000.00 Crores

- They are on the lookout for an incumbent for the above opening in their set up at Pune.

JOB PURPOSE : Establish an Indian motorcycle brand in the global market place. Take it to the No.1 or No.2 position in its segment across countries.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 Education Qualification : MBA from a Premium Institute

Work Experience: MIN-4 & MAX- 7 years

 Industry Specification:- FMCG, FMCD, E Commerce, Start Up, Auto, OEM

Roles & Responsibilities:

Brand Management : 

- Implement the global and country level brand strategy to achieve market leadership.

- Engage with multiple regional stake holders like Sales & Distributor teams to align and implement strategy.

- Manage advertising, media agencies as well as consultants to develop suitable brand campaigns in line with the strategic intent.

Product Management:

- Keep a close check on the markets and consumers to identify new trends/insights.

- Develop business case for new products or variants to be developed

- Ensure product feedback from various countries on existing brands are funneled back to R&D.

- Monitors and track competitive activity in key markets

Drive Customer Experience Initiatives:

- Develop marketing programs that drive a superior customer experience at key touch-points like showroom, Digital & On ground.

Key Deliverables:

- Timely and successful completion of key marketing initiatives

- Brand Volume & Market Share

- Brand Health Scores

KEY COMPETENCIES:

 Technical/Functional :

- Sound understanding of Marketing/Brand Management principles

- B2C marketing expertise

- Understanding of Sales Process

- Creative thinking ability

- Analytical Skills

- Ability to present and articulate ideas clearly
