Job Description :
- In-charge of over-all marketing of A&C business for assigned brands, sales performance, brand building, inventory management.
- Identifies and analyzes local customer needs and consumer opportunities
- Prepares assigned product line objectives and development schedules for medium/long term plan

Our client is a Swiss based MNC specialising in Dermatology and consumer portfolio.
Description :
- Develops communication and promotional campaigns in liaison with Area Marketing Support
- Develops product detailing strategy, including promotional material and ensure that materials reach on time with all the approvals in place
- Provides product and sales force training
- Ensures achievement of sales objectives and market share objectives
- Plan and achieve A&C forecast monthly and ensure adequate demand generation in close working with the Sales team
- Monitors on a monthly basis the sales performance and market share achievement of assigned brands
Profile :
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Brand management and product marketing.
- Education/Training: MBA Marketing with a Science degree
- Work Experience: Product/brand manager ideally worked with a Dermatology Company and handled anti-aging, beauty brands, Medical Device, instruments, has had consumer interface and understanding
