Brand Manager - Advertising Firm (4-10 yrs)
- Looking for someone having Solid experience End-2-End Marketing + expertise in ATL / BTL, App Marketing, PR, Communications and Marketing experience across Social Media
- Someone who has worked on developing Brand awareness among Masses is required !
- Need someone who has got carried out the Marketing Campaigning set up via in-house Marketing Team ( Not much from External Marketing Agencies )
Work Location: Bangalore (Hybrid Setting)
- Hiring for Both Brand Manager (3+yrs) / Sr.Brand Manager(5+ yrs)
Reports To: Senior Marketing Manager / Director
- You shall work in the capacity of Brand Manager to improve Rapido's brand awareness and build Rapido as the fourth mode of transportation in India. The responsibilities include:
- Strategizing, planning and executing ATL campaigns to drive brand awareness and salience.
- Co- ordinate with Product, CRM, Operations and Supply teams to create BTL activities to deliver on- ground results.
- Co-ordinate with Design team to build Rapido Brand Books and deploy them across all brand touchpoints.
- Co-ordinate with research agencies to get Brand Health, T&B, KYC studies executed.
- Work with creative agencies and production houses to get ATL/BTL campaigns executed.
- With Co-founders and leadership to plan yearly marketing plans for the brand.
- Expertise in running ATL / BTL led marketing campaigns.
- Media planning and buying
- Good know how of the digital eco-system, managing geo-targeted or pan national campaigns as and when required.
- Creative development and agency management
- A go-getter with ownership and commitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Especially the ability to work cross-departments to achieve results.
