About the Role:


We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and growth of our brand in the highly competitive consumer tech space. You will own brand positioning, drive top of-funnel awareness, and shape how millions experience and love our products.


Responsibilities


- Develop and execute brand strategies that build brand equity and drive business growth.


- Own and evolve the brands voice, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.


- Lead integrated marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL) from idea to execution.


- Partner with product, growth, creative, and CX teams to ensure consistent and compelling brand narratives.


- Conduct consumer research, competitor analysis, and market insights to inform brand initiatives.


- Drive PR, influencer marketing, and partnerships to build credibility and buzz.


- Measure brand health KPIs (awareness, preference, NPS) and optimize strategies accordingly.


- Manage external agencies (creative, media, research) to deliver high-impact work.


- Advocate for the customer and champion consumer-centric thinking across the organization.


Requirements:


- 37 years of experience in brand management, preferably in consumer tech or D2C brands.


- Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and consumer psychology.


- Hands-on experience leading large-scale marketing campaigns.


- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret brand metrics and marketing performance data.


- Excellent collaboration and project management skills.


- Creative thinker with a bias for action and experimentation.


- MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
