Qualifications:

- A post graduate is preferred

- Experience in sales profile in Food & FMCG any allied industry.

Experience 5-8 years.

Age Around 28-32 years.

Theme of the Role :

To primarily drive end to end tasks for achieving the Brand Annual Business Plan while focusing on business expansion in channels/formats within Future Group as well as outside the Group to take a product line for the brand to its max potential.

Key Deliverables :

- Driving growth and profitability of the Brand through collaboration with various stakeholders

- Responsible for establishing the brand as a prominent competitor in its category and achieve the targeted sales, along with driving all the activities concerning the brands and owning the P&L responsibility.

- In line with Brand business plan developing and implementing strategies for increasing market share and profitability on sustainable basis manner

- Work closely with leadership team to translating Brand strategies into plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.

- Work closely with FG as well as non FG Sales team, Supply Change and Production /Manufacturing team and establish and drive sales targets, enable them in breaking the same geographically, monthly, weekly & daily targets.

- Responsible for expanding the brand share while closely working with FG category team and other stake holders to increase channel share for the Brand.

- Responsible for driving sales of brand across Future Group and non-Future Group channels for both MT, GT & other alternate channels

- To achieve brand objective by converging with the Manufacturing and Supply Chain team to ensure availability of stock, identify gaps in actual production and planning and ascertain that inventory is up to date in DCs and stores.

- Converge with Marketing team with regards to brand initiatives around activities and promotions to ensure brand plans are delivered

- Identifying areas where promotion is needed, work closely with Business leaders and drive the same to expand brand share in various channels.

- Partner with Supply chain and monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.

- Maximize brand potential and expanding brand share to drive top and bottom line.

- Business Knowledge: Should possess high degree of business acumen and must have good understanding of P&L

- Good Communication skills

- Advance Knowledge of excel

- Knowledge of SAP
