Candidate should be from a leading start up companies who grown the brand visibility from scratch. Brand Head is the senior most role in the marketing team. Position reports to the founder. Responsibilities : - Create brand identity and a vision for the development of the brand - Create weekly, monthly and quarterly plans to turn this vision into reality - Identify the need for and conduct any necessary research to enhance the brand image and recall - Take full responsibility from identifying marketing challenges, reaching out to consumers, digging out relevant consumer insight, and crafting that into an impactful campaign by working with both creative agencies and the inhouse teams - Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to- market strategies - Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers- expectations and to build the credibility of brands - Analysing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports - Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding Requirements : - Experience in Brand Management for a B2C Startup - Prior experience of developing campaigns for ATL/BTL - TV and digital channels - Strong ability to put down thoughts in briefs. - Skilled in evaluating media plans and working with media agency to deliver plans as per brief - Excellent Communication
