Brand Head - Online/Retail - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI (7-10 yrs)

- Support the CMO in defining the vision and strategic plan for the portfolio and proactively communicate the same to the team.

- Responsible for Brand & Business Strategies, Plans and Executions.

- Develop and Execute the Brand Strategies, Brand Architecture and Integrated Brand Plan.

- Ensure plans are designed to win with key consumers/ customers and are sufficient to meet the Brand growth targets.

- Plan and execute the annual activation calendar including budget, ATL/BTL etc. in alignment with the overall portfolio plans in order to meet AOP Targets

- Own & drive the GTM process for brand/s ensuring cross-functional working to develop & deliver the best mix for the activation.

- Leverage data and consumer / market research to design value propositions

- Set clear and measurable marketing objectives. Plan and execute the ATL/BTL campaigns along with partners. Support the Offline Marketing team to create & execute the BTL campaigns.

- Ensure that the necessary for the functional teams on what the brand stands for and how one can align our designs, initiatives, and service towards the same

- Guide the team in driving successful product launches, activations and marketing initiatives

- Improve brand qualitative parameters to gain ranking versus competitor, Increase market share in the given market by marketing initiatives

- Increase placement of the brand in the assigned market, Keep close eye on competitors activities to develop further marketing plans

- Develop key opinion leader / key business leader to have a advocacy for the brand

- Execute relevant programs for engaging the customers, Interaction with customers during field work to understand the need of brands or the current market

Skills & Knowledge

- Top Tier College with minimum 7 years experience, out of which atleast 3 years heading brand for a B2C business

- Must have handled a 0-1 brand journey in a start-up environment

- Experience of handling big brands, portfolios & P&L

- Good understanding of b2c activations & consumer brands

- Must have excellent in Digital Marketing

- Must have excellent Stakeholder Management Skills
