Should have handled brand management for 1/ 2 large brands and should have launched market savvy products and campaigns. Team Handling Experience. - The incumbent will bear end to end responsibility of the Brand in this role be the custodian of the Brand Profitability - The incumbent will be responsible for developing and defining consumer insight driven marketing mix and product portfolio. - Give strategic direction to the brand in areas such as market share, product innovation, new product development, market research, consumer behavior and trends in travel products & accessories. - Design effective and innovative integrated marketing campaigns across mediums like TV, Digital, Mobile, Print and Radio. - Monitor and execute on ground activations that forms vital part of the Marketing Campaigns - Monitor competition on various aspects such as new offering, pricing, consumer offer, ATL & BTL activities and course correct our strategy if required. - Deploying suitable market research tools to gauge market trends and competitor activities, consumer behaviour etc., to gain the competitive edge. - Performing need analysis, concept study and conceptualizing mechanism for developing and launching new products. - Conceptualizing & implementing Trade Promotions & Consumer Promotions as well as launching activities as a part of brand building & market development.
