Job Profile and Responsibility -&nbsp; - To Strategize and implement creative ideas, surveys to uplift of the brand and to maximize the reach - Campaign Management (Planning and execution) - Formulate the schemes / offers and effective promotion of the scheme to drive the conversion - Product Marketing - 360 degree communication of our product on various platforms - Do the market research to optimize our strategy - Research &amp; Analytics (to understand target segments and to penetrate with effective segments. / Analyze the performance of Campaigns using historic benchmarks and test new innovative ideas to improve them - Automate relevant marketing initiatives/campaigns relevant data-based tracking for every campaign/marketing initiative - Post-Acquisition Customer Engagement - Actively generating consumer insights to ensure product &amp; circulation strategy in view of customer expectations. - Driving communication / loyalty program to engage existing readers and culling out new success stories - Will be reporting to MD office &amp; will have 8-10 reportees under him/her. Candidates Requirements: From FMCG / Durables background only Must be in a corporate marketing role As the location is Bhopal, candidate must be willing to move along his family.
