Brand Head - Fashion Business

We are looking for Brand Head for one of the Renowned Fashion company based in Mumbai.

Preference will be given to people those who are working in FMCG.

Education: Should come from Tier-1 colleges.

As a Brand Head :

The incumbent will bear end to end responsibility of the Brand in this role be the custodian of the Brand Profitability

- The incumbent will be responsible for developing and defining consumer insight driven marketing mix and product portfolio.

- Give strategic direction to the brand in areas such as market share, product innovation, new product development, market research, consumer behavior and trends.

- Design effective and innovative integrated marketing campaigns across mediums like TV, Digital, Mobile, Print and Radio.

- Monitor and execute on ground activation that forms vital part of the Marketing Campaigns.

- Monitor competition on various aspects such as new offering, pricing, consumer offer, ATL & BTL activities and course correct our strategy if required.

- Deploying suitable market research tools to gauge market trends and competitor activities, consumer behavior etc., to gain the competitive edge.

- Performing need analysis, concept study and conceptualizing mechanism for developing and launching new products.

- Conceptualizing & implementing Trade Promotions & Consumer Promotions as well as launching activities as a part of brand building & market development.
