Brand Head - Building Material/Construction - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI (10-15 yrs)
- Responsible for complete ownership of Brand from concept to end product.
- Provide detailed business plan of the Brand /category; including contribution per Brand category
- Work on new product development, ATL Communication, market research, consumer insights, Digital, market intelligence, Brand architecture. Feedback and competition mapping-
- Analyzing how brand is positioned in the market and crystalize- targeted consumers insights.
- Taking brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies.
- Translating brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population.
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Coach the team and get the best from everyone
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors- activities to identify opportunities and key issues
- Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
- Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
- Define and implement marketing strategy that communicates the brand proposition to the target consumer, the strategy should be across marketing communication mix ranging from, ATL, BTL, PR,Digital and Social-
- Work on the annual marketing plan of the brand detailing the marketing initiatives and priorities that deliver growth in line with the business plan Marketing Activation
- Provide necessary inputs to the sales team in form of product information and on ground support to help sell product in the desired manner
- Sharing the brand business/communication plan with internal stake holders like sales, supply chain, manufacturing and design team
