Brand Head - B2B Segment - BFS (11-22 yrs)

B2B Brand Head


Responsibilities:

- Work on building the brand and category of the business amongst relevant TG

- Ideating, planning and executing events and conferences

- Work with the events team to ensure maximum brand visibility and engagement

- Work with the PR team to ideate on story opportunities and drive the PR focus for the brand

- Ideate on the content marketing initiatives and plan content calendars with the content team

- Drive effective content distribution strategy to ensure maximum engagement including newsletters, social etc

- Plan and develop content for brand awareness and category leadership amongst the TG

- Brief the content, design, and PR teams and work with them to ensure the delivery of projects

- Collaborate with the digital team for developing effective digital campaigns for the purpose of lead generation, awareness, etc

- Work closely with the demand generation team to support and meet B2B objectives

- Collaborate with respective teams to plan and execute various marketing initiatives such as events, email campaigns, direct mailers, etc

- Measure what works, and what doesn't work, and drive business decisions based on data

- Continuously assess the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns and report back to the business on required changes

- Work on developing sales collaterals such as pitch decks, emailers, brochures, websites,s and so on with the help of the content and design teams

- Guide, lead, and mentor the brand team to reach all objectives

Experience & Skills :

- 10+ years of experience (The experience will play a critical role here)

- Has been responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns (ATL/ BTL/ Digital)

- Has worked on developing marketing communications such as brochures, pitch decks, emailers, direct mailers, etc

- Has been involved in planning, ideating, and executing brand campaigns/ product launches

- Has led participation in multiple conferences and events

- A fairly good understanding of online marketing and content marketing
