Brand Entrepreneur - Fabric Care/Rice/Oats (7-12 yrs)

Must Have:

- 7-11 years overall experience in sales or Brand Management with minimum of 4 Yrs experience in FMCG

- Successfully grown sales for a brand with proven track record of achievements

Preferred:

- Some experience in a start up or running own venture

- Worked in both Indian & Multinational companies

- Some understanding & experience in driving sales through the digital model

- To establish the said brand as a prominent competitor in its category and achieve the target sales for current year as well as work towards achieving Vision 2021.

- Leading activities to PLAN, MOVE and SELL the brand in the aspired manner.

- Accountable for achieving the sales revenue target for the month along with having P&L responsibility, through existing products or new products categories, channels of trade, using above the line and below the line promotions through the marketing department, as deemed necessary.

- Creating Brand positioning and differentiation strategies, generating brand anticipation and planning Brand launch keeping in mind the key insights gained from customer (target group) and competitor analysis

- Analyzing and researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits

- Looking at the pricing of products and analyzing the potential profitability

- Executing strategies of expansion for existing products and services

- Work closely with the Marketing leads for ATL and BTL activities for concerned brand

- Supervising, managing and executing the manufacturing and supply chain for the brand life cycle

- Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research

- Coordinating the launch program to external customers as well as employees

- Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumers insights

- Take brand ownership and provide the direction in executing the vision, mission, goals and strategies

- Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market execution plans

- Driving creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to - take action- through on-the ground plans

- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates

- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors- activities to highlight opportunities and key issues

- Liaison with marketing team to ensure consistency with product line strategy

- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions

- Anticipate bottlenecks throughout the product life-cycle starting from manufacturing to product launch

- Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics

- Coordinate with New Product Development role for product composition, packaging and quality control

- Coordinate with commercial and marketing role for pricing and promotion

- Prepare for products/ brand rollout across General Trade

- Prepare and complete new initiatives- reviews with Group CEO.

- Comes with a brand led thinking along with sales orientation

- Execution of strategies/future plan for establishing the brands

- Driving efforts to increase the mindshare of the FG consumers towards Own brands

- Placement of products/ visibility of the products along with Zonal CEOs

- Acting primarily as an influencer in Sales strategy decisions

- Have good analytical skills

- Good listener, able to respond to results and consumer research

- Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing

- Ability to work well with a wide range of people from different parts of the business

- Ability to manage different projects at the same time

- Energetic and passionate about their product specialty

- Understanding & appreciation of the new age consumer's needs from FMCG standpoint

- Works with an owner's mindset, can embrace entrepreneurial culture

- Extensive PnL knowledge
