Job Title: Brand & Communications Manager

Job Location: Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Brand Manager who will be in charge of leading our company's marketing efforts.

As a successful hire, you will be responsible for providing guidance to our marketing team by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our company's brand to drive business and deliver key revenue numbers.

Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and execute a comprehensive multi-channel lifecycle marketing plan that builds awareness and drives transactions across products

- Forecast & measure results across efforts and constantly find ways to grow engagement

- Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase relevance.

- Develop and implement effective brand campaigns that build customer awareness, recall & loyalty.

- Ensure brand's positioning/messaging/personality is optimally conveyed throug brand/marketing campaigns.

- Track & measure campaign performance to help with recommendations for future

- Build relationships with all marketing function agencies (digital, SEO, PR, communications) to leverage and scale up business

- Explore new marketing channels, evaluating, prioritizing, and testing based on opportunity size

- Contribute to various demand generation campaigns from ad concepts to slogans, landing page creation & testing, email nurture creation, and social promotion.

- Define and manage the quarterly and annual marketing plan and budget

- Contribute to weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews and other key rhythms of business

- Collaborate with marketing, operations, product, and creative teams to implement new campaigns and initiatives.

- Support all business functions to deliver key revenue numbers MOM

- Oversee all offline, affiliate, and retention marketing teams

Experience:

- MBA with a focus on Marketing, Business Strategy, or Analytics

- 5 years of marketing experience (minimum 2 years in a brand management role)

- Proven record of successfully managing a high-performance marketing team

- High Google Adwords and other digital marketing platform proficiency

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Attention to detail

- Proven ability to manage budgets

- High competence in project and stakeholder management
