- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action". Work alongside performance team to design monthly lead gen communication strategy
- Coordinating with stakeholders i.e. Performance team, research team and internal team to drive regular insights
- Designing and executing monthly re-engagement strategy
- Innovating and formulating new ways on engaging potential customers to grow funnel metrics
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Manage a team of marketing managers working on first-touch, remarketing, and engagement campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
- Devise innovative growth strategies
