- Managing The Brand For India & Responsible For Its Branding, Revenue & Profitabi-Lity.
Responsible For End To End P&L Management - Responsible For Delivering Top-Line And Profitability Targets For The Brand
- Developing Brand Strategy Involving Strategizing Media Planning And Buying For Required Campaigns
- Developing The Annual Marketing Budget Plan And Brand Initiative Calendar For Given Categories
- Plan And Execute Loyalty Campaigns, Leading To Increase In Customer Base And Order Ticket Size, Leading Research To Tweak Pricing & Brand Positioning For NPD
- Analyzing The Current And Past Category-Wise Trends, Market Competitiveness, Identifying Gaps In Current Brand Portfolio & Strategizing The Action Plan
