You will work closely with different teams to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels. You will have a full-fledged operations team to support and service team to manage operations. Core Responsibilities : - Build Sales Strategy and develop new accounts in UAE - Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out - Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment - Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies - Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget - Liaise with Product, Services and Sales professionals to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end client experience across multiple channels and client touch points - Stay up-to date with Digital technology developments Desired Candidate Profile : - Proven experience as a Business Head - Marketing Agency/Digital Media - Strong network in UAE and minimum 3-4 years of experience in UAE Markets - Demonstrate experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns/strategies - Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement - Excellent analytical and Client management skills - Strong Team management and Communication (written and verbal) skills Location : Dubai Job type : Permanent/Temporary Visa : Candidates with own, family-sponsored, and employment visas with NOC will only be considered Driving License : Yes Work Remotely : Yes Remuneration : AED 4000 + Performance Bonus/Commission up to AED 10,000
