Job Description :
- The most important part of being a brand activation manager is working to activate the best offline and on-ground experience and initiatives across the Century Real Estate portfolio
- The goal is to simply introduce a Century prospect or customer to the very best offline and on-ground experiences through various Century Real Estate offline activations in an impactful and memorable way. The role will involve planning and managing all activations for Marketing & Sales initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Support the marketing, sales, channel and customer program leaders on all outreach, brand-building, relationship-building, product-marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with the Marketing program leader on driving monthly, quarterly revenue plans through non-digital marketing initiatives. Manage the calendar for the same.
- Play an integral role is activating product launches, phase-launches, go-to-market strategies, print, outdoor, channel, customer, and referral initiatives.
- Understand the various business opportunities across various projects, and plan timely and effective activations.
- Manage proven relationships on clearly evidenced, best-in-industry quality and cost parameters.
- Plan and sync-up with all marketing strategy and plans to ensure timely and correct deployment of offline phases.
- Sync-up across departments and stakeholders to co-ordinate all activities both horizontally and vertically.
- Monitor and report vertically on plans, spends and outcomes on a regular basis.
- Proactively explore and drive opportunities to add to revenue and ROI from activation efforts.
- Support business and programs to be on-trend through use of best-practices and innovations for all relevant initiatives.
- Managerial Skills : Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work cross-functionally with team-members and problem-solve will be required.
- Education : Post-graduate in Communications/ Marketing / MBA is a must for long-term growth in the organization. Demonstrated understanding of brand, consumer marketing will be an added advantage.
- Profile : The ideal candidate will be ready to handle business timelines and challenges, possess a positive and problem-solving mind-set, outgoing personality, be highly collaborative, adaptable and be the first to take initiative.
Note : Proficiency with MS Office and Google Enterprise platforms is a must.
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : Up to 1,000,000.00 per year
