The selected candidates will be responsible for achieving, performing leadership and knowledge in various consumer appliance business fields. - The selected candidates will be the leader team of a minimum of 40 to 60 professionals. - Young professionals should be passed out from India's top 30 B schools &amp; having 1 - 3 years of minimum work experience. - This position is for Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, West Bengal, Rajasthan, Kerala, Delhi NCR, Telangana &amp; Andhra Pradesh will be placed at all prominent locations such as Delhi NCR, Jaipur, Lukhnow, Patna, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Aurangabad, Nagpur, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Vijaywada, &amp; Kolkata, etc. Penetration of entire Brands &amp; product range in the market and display. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for leadership of 300 Direct Dealers and 40 to 70 young professionals. 2. Monitor and control Sales distribution plan through Direct Dealer. 3. To achieve sales targets and leadership. 4. Analyze and compare sales plans with the sales forecast and implement appropriate sales activities to achieve targeted sales weekly &amp; monthly. 5. Monitor stock, supply level &amp; coordinating with logistic dept. 6. Responsible for the training and development of Sales staff of dealers from time to time and giving them tips to counterattack competition. Desired Candidate Profile:&nbsp; 1.
