Position :- Branch Sales Manager

Reporting to Branch Head

Functional Competencies:-

a) Solution selling ability

b) Closing sales

c) Rejection handling

d) Sense of urgency

e) Operations Management

Responsibilities

f) Sales of internet product (Shine.com) to enterprise & mid-market segment across the geographical territory

g) Ability to identify the new business opportunities to contribute to the sales trategy at the branch/regional level

h) Respond to elevated customer service complaints

i) Prepare presentations, financial projections, and competitive analysis

j) Identify, develop and negotiate business development relationships to grow revenue

k) Generate and achieve monthly and quarterly forecasts for the branch

l) Delegating the targets to the TLs and the AM/RMs to ensure the overall branch target achievement

m) On-going development of a sales team including hiring, training, and mentoring

n) Managing the daily sales and non-sales operations at the branch level

People management:

Manage a team of 7 - 12 employees

Sales Operations:

p) Oversee collections and ageing and take necessary action

q) Plan and implement local sales promotion activities within budget, ensure region compliance

r) Managing multiple TLs and further the AMs and RMs plan and implement the monthly and annual sales targets

Qualification & Experience

s) Full time MBA from Premier B School

t) 10- 14 year + in the sales function in job portal industry only
