- We are looking for an accomplished and results-oriented Branch Sales Manager to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) sales efforts in Bengaluru.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly sourcing targets through effective management of direct and indirect sales channels, with a strong emphasis on building and nurturing relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
- A key focus will be on driving DSA performance, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders to meet both acquisition and portfolio quality goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sourcing of Loan Against Property cases and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets at the designated location.
- Source business from both indirect channels (DSAs) and direct channels by directly approaching end customers.
- Identify, enroll, train, and effectively manage DSA partners as a primary critical task for this role.
- Build strong relationships with DSA teams, motivating them to ensure [Company Name] becomes their preferred financier for LAP products.
- Exhibit strong process orientation and contribute to enhancing the end customer experience by ensuring quick processing turnaround times for individual cases.
- Work seamlessly with key stakeholders, including internal sales teams and the credit processing unit, to ensure both portfolio acquisition numbers and portfolio quality targets are met.
- Utilize strong communication skills, work diligently and intelligently, and leverage the ability to convince and win over key stakeholders and end customers to achieve success in the role.
- Leverage familiarity with DSAs currently sourcing the Loan Against Property product at the location, as they are a primary acquisition source.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sourcing of Business Loans through DSAs.
- Designation: Previous experience as a Sales Manager or equivalent.
- Mandatory Skills: Strong relationship building abilities, excellent networking skills, and a solid understanding of financials.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred Skills: Proficiency in negotiation and a strong understanding of mortgage products (specifically Loan -Against Property).
Reporting Structure: This role will report to the ASM (Area Sales Manager) or RSM (Regional Sales Manager).
