1. Accountable for Target setting and achievement of Sales Volumes (Primary and Secondary), collections objectives for the geography/channel in consultation with the BM
2. Increase optimization of available resources to drive mix improvement
3. Periodic review and monitoring of the achievements vis--vis the set targets and taking corrective action when required.
4. Ensure Cross-functional efficiency between working of the commercial, sales, service and C&FA organization
5. Continuously monitor TP performance and plug gaps towards optimization of performance levels.
6. Implementation of sales processes & disciplines in the branch
7. Ensure implementation of local sales promotional activities
8. Educating and training of branch employees on product and ensuring this is cascaded down to the field - Sales promoters/Dealer sales force
