Branch Manager/Team Leader/Area Manager - BFSI (5-12 yrs)
We have an urgent opening for a decade old NSE Listed Company involved into Financial Services such as Equity, Depository, Mutual Funds and Insurance.
Following are the job details:
Job Description: Branch Manager /Team Leader/ Area Manager
- Managing a team of 5-10 employees which includes ABM, SM, RMs, and Sales Executive.
- Business Development (Branch, Franchise and Sub-Broker Vertical).
- Give Support & generate the business from the Team / Individually.
- Maintain Relationship of Sub broker and Generate Business.
- Managing currency and commodity business of different Sources.
- Handling the franchisee and remisor channel business.
- Responsible for justify branch costing as well as team costing.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure that are met by the sales team.
- Motivating the branch towards the goal of the organization.
Requirements:
Job Experience: 5 to 12 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Division: Broking
