We are hiring for Branch Manager - Sourcing in Navi Mumbai / Indore

Position Title / Designation: Branch Manager - Branch Manager - Sourcing

Function / Department / Business Unit : Financial Planning/Wealth Management/BFSI

Grade/Level : Manager

Location : Navi Mumbai / Indore

Year of experience : 3 Yr +

Qualification : MBA/PG preferred

Mandatory experience in Direct Sales of Financial Planning, Mutual Funds or Insurance

Job Responsibilities:-

1. Responsible for acquisition of key clients & high end customers & adding these clients to his/her existing portfolio for future cross sell.

2. Responsible for selling various unique subscription products to the new set of customers and building depth within the existing relationships.

3. Will be involved into Relationship Building & Management with the customer for Sales & Services of Financial Products & other products.

4. To generate leads and act as a productive resource by meeting targets thereby ensuring the fulfillment of budgetary expectations of the organization.

5. New client acquisition - acquiring clients through networking, database, market intelligence or reference from existing clients.

6. To consciously deliver support to reporting manager managers in increasing the profitability of the location.

7. Maintaining long-term relationships with existing/new clients.

8. Delivering the target number with quality & customer delight.
