Looking for candidates currently working as Branch Manager Looking for Minimum 2 years of Branch Manager experience in Banks Responsibility : As Branch Head responsible for Monitor daily inflow and outflow reports, GL reports and Day Book reports - Achievement of incremental number and value targets for Liabilities, Assets & Fee Income products . - Allocation of task to Operations and Sales team, taking critical decisions for sales retention as well as for the service team, monitor processes. - Execute and monitor overall administration and efficient daily operations of a full service branch office; including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, security and safety in accordance with the Bank's objectives. - Prepare and monitor Sales plan for the branch - Taking escalation cases to the closures. - Providing services to the existing customers along with adherence to Audit and Compliance. - Work towards productivity increase of team and analyzer steps for controlling cost. - Ensure Zero operational losses.
