Branch Manager - Secured Loan - Bank (7-14 yrs)
Urgent opening for Branch Manager in Secured Loan (LAP/ Mortgage)
Experience :
- 7 years + in Secured Loans with team management expertise
- Managing branch profitability for 3 - 4 years
- Both product BL and LAP preferably.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing all team members of branch and create the healthy atmosphere for smooth functioning of all departments. Responsible for co-branding and cross selling of other banking products.
- Managing & training of DMA / DST, Credit / Ops / Sales team in order to expertise them in Product Knowledge with Better presentation in front of Customer
- Evaluating mortgage loan proposals and sanctioning loans after appraising the repaying capacity, security, past record etc.
- Monitoring and evaluation of the performance of FI Agencies, Legal Advisors and Valuers and taking corrective measures, if required.
- Knowledge and experience of risk of Frauds related to Business Sourcing / Documentation and other types of frauds. Various risks associated with the product and ways to mitigate
- Liaison with Concurrent Audit and Corporate Audit Team.
- Liaison with SHCIL for Retrieval of Original Docket after loan Closure and Safe hand over to the Customer.
- Make Joint call with sales team for new Business.
- Main focus area to cross check original property papers kept in the own Custody in FRFC & other branches as on behalf and in association with AHFL.
- To get satisfactory rating in Audit for our branch
- Monitoring and evaluation of the performance of all team members, FI Agencies, Legal Advisors and Valuers and taking corrective measures, if required.
