JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

- Ensuring performance parameters are under control budget, P&L figures, acquisition cost, and team KPIs Creating annual business plan & strategies, managing operations from the scratch; defining processes and creating appropriate systems for delegated functioning across the regions assigned

- Formulating strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation, realizing organizational goals; conceptualizing & implementing plans/objectives in sync with vision and mission Partnering with core business operations to increase the company's footprint, expand market share, and generate sustainable revenue gains Taking new initiatives, implementing marketing plans, managing operations, executing product campaigns, conducting market research studies, reviewing & implementing media plans & organizing various events to meet organizational objectives Developing Marketing Strategies such as Trend Analysis & Competition Tracking, Branding & Communication Strategies, Market Research & Intelligence with Product Positioning & Promotions Creating a systematic approach to increase reach through potential mapping and sales planning; identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and improved market share

- Formulating & executing go-to-market strategies to leverage tremendous opportunities in terms of growth in revenue & market penetration Leading complete channel sales operations including projection of annual sales, tracking of sales performance and interaction with other areas of the company to ensure that business orders are executed properly and profitably in accordance with overall business goals and objectives

- Developing franchising opportunities and providing continuous support to franchisees which helped in securing the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth Driving improvement in existing working conditions of company own shops, starting new exclusive franchise by conceptualizing the whole concept of franchisee module with all paperwork encompassing application forms, franchisee agreement, terms & conditions of franchisee & so on

- Appointing new franchisee; managing the company own shop, conducting survey in the proposed area and coordinating with property consultancy to find the outright rate or rent of the property for making feasible reports for new franchisee shops Generating, analyzing & justifying the franchisee inquiry for proposed shops Establishing processes & SOPs and deploying various methodologies & recommending modern practices to save execution time and realize operational efficiencies

- Evolving strategic vision, driving change, infusing new ideas and taking product/process performance and productivity to the next level Performing yearly sales forecasting and competitive analysis for determining accurate performance levels and needs for growing the current and additional vertical markets and product categories Monitoring the functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level while adhering to SLAs
