Branch Manager - Sales & Marketing - Elevator Industry

- The incumbent shall be leading, Planning and implementing the business Strategy, marketing operations of the Branch and responsible for P&L.

- The primary responsibilities would include market analysis, generating leads, setting revenue targets and devising strategies to achieve them at a branch level.

- The job would involve Organizing Customer Interaction Program, meeting with Architects, Builders, PMCs .

- Handling overall Sales & service operations and maintaining a proper inventory of spare for smooth execution of service operation.

- Monitor, track and report project progress and co-ordinate with internal company departments to achieve successful project completion.

- Monthly projection of jobs, onsite inspection, coordinating with quality department and service departments.

- Monitor and ensure that works are carried out according to specifications, quality plan, cost plan and safety standards

- Leading & monitoring the performance of the Team members

- Identifying & implementing strategies for building team effectiveness by promoting a spirit of cooperation between team members.

Qualification : B Tech Mechanical or Electrical with management Qualification

- Experienced candidates with Diploma qualification or any other engineering qualification also will be considered.

Age : below 45 years

Experience : Min 5+ years in Project manager, service manager, technical sales manager.
