Branch Manager - Sales - FMCG (2-8 yrs)

We are hiring for Branch Manager for one of our leading FMCG client

Job purpose - Profitable revenue growth in the designated territory through effective implementation of Company Auto sales strategy through the Distributors and Retail direct accounts -ASC/MBG/OEMs. To develop a team of competent TDIs , CMDI & Auto BDEs with DSR, FMR.

Ensure all selling and service routines through Distributors are on auto pilot

Job Profile:

1. Responsible for overall Branch Sales Value and Volume Achievement for Regular / Volume products . Achieve Targets for Revenue, Reach and Profitability

2. Execution of Identified Major and Key Initiatives in the areas of Distribution Expansion, WSS Management and Sales Operation. Drive customer ( key retailers and workshops) advocacy for Auto Range (MNT)

3. Execute detailed plans and manage sales processes in the region with the focus on acquisition of new customers utilizing the indirect sales model.

4. Oversee the working of CMDIs and TDIs for Auto markets (MBG/ASC/OEM/Retail Sectors). Identify markets where Market development work is to be carried out and ensuring dealer involvement and merchandising

5. Manage a large distributed team and work with them to ensure sales targets

6. Communicate & execute all commercial policies to WSS /Distributors

7. Dealer Management- Collection and Updating of Competitive data/market intelligence, MS/potential mapping for key products

SPECIFIC CANDIDATE PROFILE (Key competence / attributes needed for the role):

- Candidate must have a Post Graduate Degree in Management with at least 2 years' experience in Sales.

- Prior team management experience

Education : Engineer -Automobile (preferably) or MBA

Experience: 2-8 years (Channel, Distribution sales)

Team Size: 5-7

Age - Max 30 Years
