Branch Manager - Sales & Business - Education (7-10 yrs)
Job Purpose :
Branch manager is responsible for all the functions of the assigned branch location, including Business Development, marketing, managing and mentoring a large team of operations, and outbound sales team and provides support to the admin team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Job Description :
1. Meeting branch admission targets in various courses categories.
2. Doing Marketing planning including ATL and BLT.
3. Training and development of the team.
4. Coordinating tele-calling activities of counselors and outbound admission teams.
5. Take care of both administration and Business Development of the center
6. Building long-term relationships with various stakeholders in schools by conducting seminars and conducting events in the schools.
7. Supervising branch operations and administration team,
8. Providing support to academic teams.
The right candidate for this role :
- Candidates with proven business management experience with minimum 7-10 years of experience in Sales, Operations and People management.
- Should have handled a team for last 3-4 years
