- Increase AUM, Net Sales, and Market Share of AMC for the branch
Channel management :
- Develop and Strengthen relationships to promote AMC schemes across IFAs, National Distributors and Banks
- Knowledge sharing and training of channel partners by making effective sales presentations on products
- Activation of dormant channel partners
- Manage smooth functioning of branch operation and administration work
- Liaison within the Organization to ensure that information and servicing needs of the Channel partners / investors are met
- Effectively handle queries / grievances while following with TAT
- Regular MIS and reporting
- Ensure standards of Customer Service and Compliance are met at the Branch
- Strong judgment, maturity, and sensitivity regarding people management
- Strong Coaching skills for development of sub ordinates
- Ability to think through & implement necessary strategies to ensure healthy market share
- Strong networking & relationship building skills necessary to manage high end distributors & investors
- In-depth knowledge Of MF Industry, Products & Financial Markets (Equity / Debt)
- Excellent Communication & Good Presentation Skills

- Minimum Qualification: Full-time Graduation
- Preferred Qualification: MBA
- Compulsory: NISM VA
- A person from AMC / Insurance / Banking industry with experience of handling Retail Channel would be preferred.
