Branch Manager - Retail Liabilities - Bank

- The incumbent would be responsible for leading, motivating and driving a team Sales and Service resources and be responsible for the P & L of the Branch.

The major Job Responsibilities would be:

- Enhancement of Deposit pool from existing set of customers.

- Work with the team to profile, target and source new customer base for the branch.

- Maintain and enhance standards of delivery or service.

- Be responsible for overall branch administration.

- Maintain a balance between a mix of sales and service and delivery on targets.

Job requirement

- Overall 6 yrs of Banking experience; out of which 3-4 yrs in Retail Liabilities

- Must have had Sales experience and exposure, preferably of Liabilities products

- Qualifications- MBA / CA/ CAIB

- Good Leadership skills (though more tactical than strategic)

- Thinker: Doer - 40:60

- In-depth understanding of financial instruments, markets and macro micro economic processes

- Ability to carry along all the units involved in the customer service cycle to ensure customer - DELIGHT

- Liaising with product management team, marketing and other centers & verticals for new product development, service enhancements and sales initiatives.
