BU/Function: Retail Banking

Reports to : Regional Head/ State Head/ Zonal Head

Eligibility :- Candidate who currently with banking sector (BFSI)

Role Details :

- Handle all the activities of the Branch

- Strong target & deadline orientation with third party management skills.

- Good exposure and knowledge of full suite of products offered by Consumer Bank (CASA, FD, Insurance, Investments).

- Good degree of knowledge with Branch Operations/processes.

Overall, Job Description :

- Fully responsible for Branch P & L - revenue & cost.

- Sales generation - CASA & Third-Party Wealth Products.

- Responsible for Branch Banking & Wealth Banking segment of the Branch.

- Customer Service Delivery & Operations management to be key deliverables.

- Sales Management

- Service Management

- Transaction Management

- Brand Management

- Audit & Compliance

EDUCATION :

Essential requirement : Graduate

Preferred : MBA / Post - Graduate

WORK EXPERIENCE :

Essential requirement : 3 to 18years- experience

Preferred : 3 to 18 years- experience

Any specific requirements :

- Experience in leadership roles

- Good exposure and knowledge of full suite of products offered by Consumer Bank (CASA, FD, Insurance, Investments).

- Good degree of familiarity with Branch Operations/processes.
