Branch Manager - Construction/Building Material

Position: Job Title - Branch Manager

Qualification B.E ./ B. Tech + MBA

Experience 8 - 15 Years

Key KRAs :

- Primary responsibility of Business development, brand building & profitability of branch

- Secondary responsibility of Procurement, Operations, QC, Production & Logistics

- Guiding the sales, technical service & production team to achieve annual budget

- Lead Area Sales Manager and execute business plans (short, mid & long term)

- Build & Execute business project pipeline

- Build and maintain relationships with customers

- Steer cost working together with cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply chain, Controlling)

- Actively manage capex, incentives and mitigate collections

- Performance indicators would be Organic Sales Growth, Profitability, Business project pipeline, Market share, A/C receivables

- Profitability enhancement through new channel development, increase in special product volume & price management

- Cost optimization through reduction of material loss, proper product mix & other possible means,
