Hire- Personally source and select a team of competent SMs and with / through them a stable and productive set of agents.
Train- Enable early success of SMs through initial hand holding, personally imparting training and joint field wok. Ensure long term success and retention of SMs by engaging & motivating them to deliver
- Drive daily sales rigor and discipline through closely monitored lead & activity management
- Providing inspirational & motivating leadership to the branch by
- Creating a strong performance culture & team spirit in the unit
- Owning and driving all business enabling processes: like recruitment, selection of SM & LA, Training, Performance management, Service Delivery etc
- Ensuring smooth functioning of all branch operations; adherence to the defined processes and compliance to internal policies and external regulations
