Position: Branch Manager

Location: Hyderabad & Warangal

Years of Experience : 3 Years+

CTC : 9 Lacs p.a.

Exposure : Agency Channel

Preference : From insurance and Agency channel. Team handling not mandatory.

Age : 38 yrs

Job Description :

- Have to handle a team of 4-5 Unit Managers

- Take care of Agency Channel

- To drive sales and achieve targets for the Tied Agency channel as per the agreed plan through Team.

- Carrying out various promotional activities for sales as well as for recruitment.

- Recruitment and development of quality advisors and encourage them for long term career.

- Ensuring everyday Sales tasking of team members and self-driving sales strategy for revenue.

- Conducting sales and marketing activities in the company premises for maximum lead generation

- Have to take care of Hyderabad/Warangal branch
