Job location - Frazer Town & Koramangala.

- Fully responsible for Branch P & L - revenue & cost

- Devise Action plan for the branch and ensure liabilities business target for the branch is met

- Leading the team of 12-15 members to drive sales & capitalising on lifetime value

- Handle all activities of branch with strong leadership skills and service orientation

- Sales generation - CASA & Third Party Products

- Responsible for Branch Banking, HNI segment, CASA lending, product sales, customer service, safety and security in accordance with bank objectives

- Customer Service Delivery & Operations management to be key deliverables.
