Branch Manager - Insurance (5-12 yrs)
Achievement of Targets : To ensure that the targets in terms of Recruitment of Advisers, Net Sales, SIP Sales, Insurance Sales are met and overall responsibility for branch profitability.
Supervision : To review all the activities undertaken by Unit Managers (UM) in accordance with the sales process. To guide, support and supervise the poor performer UM on a regular basis on achieving parameters of Recruitment / Net Sales / SIP Sales / Client Acquisition / reporting of Sales Process.
Training : To train and groom the team of advisors, operations on product knowledge, system usage and help them achieve business targets. Guide UMs to design an action plan and ensure that the plans are executed.
Branch Administration : Ensure that the branch compliance, employee discipline, processes and policies are adhered to at the branch.
