Key Responsibilities :
- Execution of sales strategy – Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation. Seek new customers and increase sales
- Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents - Identify, recruit and manage advisors from the respective region
- Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/products
- Monitor and review agents’ performance. Help them achieve maximum business
- Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards

- Candidate should have team Handling Experience, preferably in Life Insurance Sector,
- Minimum 2-3 yrs of hard core sales experience in Life Insurance.
- Essential: Experience in Sales, knowledge of natural market, good communication skills and should be conversant in the local language
- Good communication skills and be able to communicate in the local language.
- Should have good influence in the local market which can be tapped for recruitment as well as generating business.
- Well groomed and confident
- Should have high levels of integrity
