Branch Manager - Health Insurance - All Metros
Branch Managers :
- Build Health Insurance Agency Distribution in the assigned branch through a team of passionate managers
- Drive Branch revenues towards achieving targets
- Ensure fast expansion of distribution by recruiting agents/advisors / pitching them for the business model and building up their team
- Provide continuous learning and development to the entire branch including sales, marketing & operations
- Organize various activities in the region to enhance business/productivity
- Field time - spend time in the field supporting the sales managers to convert business and lead from the front
- Collaborate and foster better relationships with internal stakeholders
- Review performance of sales managers and provide regular feedback to improve productivity
Skils & Experience :
- MBA with 10-15 years of sales experience - preferably in Insurance - agency.
- Ability to lead a team from the front
- Excellent communication, willing to take initiatives on his own
- Process-oriented
