Branch Manager Position - Branch Manager - Rural Sales, Gujarat Qualifications - MBA from B-School Budget : CTC 25LPA + Variable pay Job Responsibilities: Purpose: Implement and Monitor strategies & policies to achieve targeted sales, TP and improve market share of the company on a sustainable basis. Strategically build Sales Team and Rural Channel for achieving business objectives while maintaining customer relationships. Key Accountability: Sales Target, Market Development & Penetration, Customer Satisfaction, Team Development. Key Decision: Propose introduction / discontinuation of Products developing upon Competition. Working Relation: - Establish an effective relationship with the Sales Head to give inputs / market feedback. - Establish close relationships with Channel Partners to understand the market needs and challenges. - Work closely with the marketing department for branding/publicity support at local level. - Close relation with Commercial to ensure that all financial claims of the channel are settled within time.
