Looking for trade channel sales profile with huge team handling and depot handling experience and experience of handling entire Bihar.
- Review distributor wise sales against the target on a monthly basis.
- Ensure ASO/ASM productivity, dealer appointment and dealer.
- Month wise Monitoring of PGA achievement against the target.
- Generating new system for monitoring and ensuring distributor wise minimum inventory
- Identify Large Outlets /counters in the territory supervised .Service them either through to distributors or direct appointment.
- Generate Business for Value added product through Institutional Sales without distributor involvement.
- Develop Business plan for long term sales generating business.
- Identify the resource needed to achieve goal for Value added products.
- Formulate system for Optimum utilization of resources and monitor them for improving overall efficiency.
- Review structure on a monthly basis to implement corrective action plan.
- Good Communication and Analytical skills. Experience in planning marketing strategies, and successful public relations effort.
